Nearly all the items on our site are custom-made, created to your specifications, or personalized in some way just for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any personalized items, except in case of damage, defect or a mistake on our part.
It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you DOUBLE-CHECK all names, dates and information that you input for personalization. Do not hesitate to CONTACT US if you have any questions at all about how to submit information or about your order. We can be reached via email at email@example.com. We will get back to you the same day.
We have chosen all our items and artisans carefully and expect you to be delighted with your order, but if you are not, or if there is any damage or defect that is our fault, please contact us immediately so we can correct or replace the item.
For items that are not personalized, we will accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of the item, provided the item is unused and in good condition. We will refund the amount of the item, minus shipping costs, to the credit card or Paypal account from which you paid your order.
